How can I have a work evaluated?

You can contact us free of charge and under no obligation, by sending us photographs via e-mail, What’s App, fax, or completing the following, giving us a brief description of the work in your possession. We will reply with an indicative estimate of the price.
In some cases we may ask to arrange a meeting in order to make a more accurate evaluation.

What if I accept your evaluation?

You should give us the work: via courier or in person, and sign a sales contract.

How much will it cost?

If the work isn’t sold we will give it back to you within 30 working days and you won’t pay anything.
In the case of a sale we will keep a commission of 10% of the price and any costs incurred (frames, authentications, restoration etc.) previously agreed.
Furthermore, according to current law, we will withold the "droit de suite", in order to pay it to the S.I.A.E. on your behalf.

When will I receive payment?

Within 45 days of the day of the sale, on condition that we have received the payment from the buyer.

How does sale by private transaction work?

Martini’s Art Studio also offers the services of sale by private transaction. These particular clients are particularly demanding and are always searching for prestigious and high-quality works; they often commission us to retrieve certain works not included in auctions. In this case we agree the terms of our contract directly with the client.

When and how will I receive the works?

The works are delivered or sent only and exclusively when the auction house has received the payment. In the case of deferment of payment, the works will be delivered once the total has been paid. We offer a reliable and reasonably-priced delivery and consignment service with personalized service at competitive rates for all our works of art.
